Floor panel advice

Hi,

I was recently trying to sell my 96 equinox but have had a change of heart and instead I am going to try a restoration job on it. the front end has rust bubbles and paint flicking and flaking off which I was aware off but after at least nearly 6 months of sitting outside in the garden I decided to clean it out took the carpet up as it was damp and hey presto daylight through the floor. I was going to patch over the holes but I have been looking online and found two types of floor panels reasonable priced both full length and half section and thought I'd do it right rather then patch now and 6 months later patch again. Basically what I am asking is has anyone any advice on which floor panels to use full length section split 1/2 left and right or the 1/4 sized panels made up of front left rear left front right rear right or has any one any tips they can send my way.

Cheers

Al

No point in putting in a full 1/2 side of the floor if only the front is rusty.A 1/4 floor with the joint at the crossmember is the best way to go but if both front and rear sections are rusty then the 1/2 is the way to go.
