1275 running bad and wont take throttle

Hello all, my mini never ran 100% since iv got it, but last week its started to get worse so I went to investigate! Removed the carburettor witch was fine, removed the fuel pump witch was fine, rubber fuel pipes wernt great so changed them all for new ones, empied the tank dry and filled with fresh petrol, still no good! It starts up fine but it idels with a miss, when I go to rev it up it dies right down as if going to stall but comes back up spluttering and bangin but thats it, each time I go to rev it this is wat it does! Its undriveable like this and any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
