Show on channel 4 on sunday at 8 its a show all about minis. Think it was called for the love of cars

Looks like it could be a good program. They plan to restore a Mk1 cooper to mini condition.

I love how they reckon Donabate is in Northern Ireland, just outside Belfast! They've already made an apology on Twitter.

It does give hope thats theres more like it on island.

It must be have originally been a UK car imported here in the 70's, KYI is a 1976 / 77 Dublin reg

I remember seeing a blue S in a garage in Trim many moons ago, it had damage to the drivers wing where the brakes had failed and the car had hit a wall at low speed, diaphragm was gone in the servo I think.

There was a guy in the Club years ago who had a blue 1071 S that he restored. I think he lived in Ballinteer. There can't have been too many blue ones around.
