Well the big black brute is now gone :( so its been onwards and upwards with the mini . New headliner is now in as is the cage. Had some trouble with the front hubs . The wheelnuts started to spin on the studs. :roll: Well the long and short of it is the stud holes in the hubs were drilled oversize , so they went off to Lloyd to be sent back to the UK . Next on the list is to get the interior in and sort out an engine :D

I will say i cant find some of the parts I stored, so the rebuild is going very slow :roll:
The rear wheel cylinder on the drivers side is nackered :x and as you can see I had to fit a new clutch slave cylinder :roll: well two years off the road will do that to rubber parts :roll:

its coming along nicely ....i wouldnt take that engine back out ye might scrach somthing :roll: just leave it as is lol .....no seriously its lookggood at long loooooooooooong long last

Yea man, I hear ya on that one :roll: Fitted the rear wheel cylinder tonight. The old one was only on the car for a couple of months before I took the car off the road and it is locked solid.I will change the other one tomorrow to be on the safe side.

Well I now have working brakes and a clutch and that snail on the back wall of the workshop has now made it all the way to the door :roll: Signed her of the road for another few months :oops:
