Now that MTM is over, it's time to concentrate on next week's Mini journey.
Weather forecast for Neumarkt isn't too shabby either.

Tie wraps and glavoband with a few nuts and bolts incase you need to tie something up.Oh and a bottle of holy water.

Keith, don't forget a belt to hold up Billy's trousers while he's working on your engine.
You also omitted the Bottle Opener for the beer for when you are waiting for the ADAC to turn up.

Hi all.
Gavin Donnelly here. Myself and Frank are going via Rosslare to Cherbourg next Tuesday (15.00).
Anyone else going this way? Has anyone set a day for the Nuerburgring?

We will be at the Nurbergring Thursday, its only open to the public from 18.00 to 19.30 that day.
Most of us are leaving Dublin Wed morning but I don't know how John Lynch and family are travelling.

As far as I know John is going Roslare/Fishgard and then onto the Chunnel .

I spoke to Lynchie this morning and he is probably bringing an E-Class Merc with the family. I suggested a Mini with a roofbox. There's loads of space in the Mini if you put the kids in the box.

I am not sure if your minis are MPI, if so there is a trade stand ALLBRIT attending and they will plug in and test your ECU for free, you just book a time with them.
I got it done in Holland IMM 2008. Its worth it.

A friend in Germany has sent me the following traffic news:
"So i drove a lot on the Autobahn and I have unfortunally so bad news.
There are some major constructions sites. The main Probleme is the Part
of A3 between Frankfurt and Wurzburg (=Würzburg). They will extent the
Autobahn form 2 lines to 3 lines per Directions. I drove this part
four times in the last 3 days and I had no traffic jam. But I also heard
in the radio about 36km traffic jams in this part."
