From Wexford there is- me, macker, Martin, Kenny, miniblade, and I'm sure a couple more. I'd say we should meet somewhere near ferns or enniscorthy and all convoy from there catching a few more along the way and then catch the Dublin crowd in abbeyleix or something. I'm sure Darren hutchenson will join us there too.

You'll have to pay your entry like everyone else Joey. No one finds out the route until the day.

Are you genuinely interested in taking part?

Mummy Hen,

Bear in mind that Waterford to Mizen could be up to 5 hours driving due to Friday evening traffic.

ok thought I would tell you all about our plans,,,,, we are getting the ferry from Fishguard on Thursday 6th May which arrives Rosslare 6pm. then we are driving down to Waterford and staying the night in the travelodge there. on friday morning we plan to take our time to get to Mizen Head to meet you all for The night of the 7th. it was just a thought that if Martin or any one else was around then we could go exploring with others who may know the hidden secrets that may be on offer instead of exploring on our own,,,,,

If you take the N25 to Dungarvan and take the N72 towards Lismore (gorgeous historic town) and on through Fermoy, there will probably be a meeting of the Dublin convoy at my place in Ballyhooly (5 miles west of Fermoy) http://www.oldtrainhouse.com. Last year we had about 15 Minis congregate here and headed off to Mizen together.

The drivers briefing is usually at 7pm-ish at the hotel in Mizen.

Great idea Gareth.
However, as always, we are working to a restricted budget.
With thatin mind, we have done our best and have managed to come up with a very close alternative nights entertainment.....
