There is no problem there either Emma, just email me the details and you can post on the booking fee.

Looking like we could have 40 cars going to this,

I was talking to Gorretti McFeely from the Donegal Mini Owners Club at the MTM last weekend and she tells me that there are 18 Minis going from Donegal to the IMM. They will be heading over from Belfast on the Thursday I think.

If anyone else is considering joining us for the trip, just let me know and I'll send you on the relevant details.

Once parked on site are you confined to the spot, if I wanted to leave for a few hours on the sunday but return that evening how would it work out? Would I be able to get the same space with the club?

There is no problem getting in and out of the venue with your Mini, you'll get an armband to show that you are part of the event and you'll need that to get in and out of Crofton Park.

You will be alloted a camping space and a car parking space, usually next to your tent or at least close to it.

We promise not to hide your tent while you are away.

Thats handy to know about the movment arrangements for IMM as my sis & family plus a pal of mine live in Nottingham so I will be able to pop over to visit them hopefully.

Just a little update,

I got confirmation of the Club booking by email, tickets will be posted out in about 2 weeks or so.

This year the IMOC will be represented by 85 members, 39 Minis and 1 Camper Van.

Should make for a good group photo.

I'll keep you posted as and when I hear anything.

Don't send anything to me, the club booking has been sent in and has been confirmed. The closing date for club bookings was the 31st of May.

You can still book as an individual through the IMM website, but you will have to cover the booking fee + the late payment fee + the bank charges. If you leave it until July to book, then the late payment fee doubles.

Whos going on the thursday and comeing back on Monday and what ferry and times ? I havent booked the ferry yet , If i dont get my butt into gear il be flying there .

I'm still waiting for some people to get back to me with their ferry details, but I can tell you that there are members going out on the Thursday morning on the 08:05 sailing with Stena and some members going out with Irish Ferries on the 08:20 sailing.

Back on the Monday there are a good few booked on the 17:15 Irish Ferries fast ferry from Holyhead.

Just checked the Irish Ferries website, car and driver return works out at €218.

Ferry booked today , irish ferrys 6th aug 8.10am return mond 10th 5.15

Just figured it out

Please note that all bookings for the IMM will close on 15 July. After this date you will not be able to attend, even by paying a surcharge. There will be no admissions to the event without a pre-booked ticket.

The only tickets available at the gate will be day tickets to the Mini 50 Show only on Saturday and Sunday, which do not include IMM evening activities and camping etc.

I have emailed the entry tickets to all those who booked through the club, please check your email for the post, it will have a PDF file attached, print it off and be sure to bring it with you to Birmingham.
