Is your alternator adjuster bracket welded onto the subframe?just wondering because this is the one thing I am not happy about on my Swift conversion as it vibrates at high revs and in turn breaks the bracket.

nope kinda looks that way in pics but its bolted to the engine doesnt touch the fame at all

also no rot behind the frame which was a nice surprise bt:)

rear beam finished, painted and mounted. rubber cones in the bin and coilovers fitted bt:)

back on all fours

started on my rear arb today you can buy the kit for them but its 250 before delivery so frog that. got an sir rear arb for free paid 11 euro for a pair of drop links so works out alot cheaper this is how far i got need to shorten the drop links but u get the ideabt:)

got a bosch 044 pump and new wheels

then fittted it

then made up some brackets to mount the front bumper

got some 888s bt:)

put on the arches to see how they look i almost jizzed all over the driveway

put the front coilovers in

put the manual pedal box in and a beefier toe board subframe support bt:)
have been flat out doing all the odd little jobs i have put off but no pics as there boring to look at anyway bt:)

finally came in the post are 7 weeks :wallbash)

picked up allspeed cv joints and started tubbing the archs

doing a few bits on her today looks the same really all small ball breaking jobs getting finished up :wallbash)

pulled the engine back out and done some welding that need to be done on the bulkhead will have pics tomorrow
also got my shafts back

well i have been flat out on the mini all week looks like i done frog all but was alot of work :mad)
welded bits of the frame i couldnt get to.
modded the suspension turret to make clearance for the gear linkage
notched the bulkhead to make room the the engine to move abit more
sealed the bulkhead
painted the frame
fitted soild subframe bushes

They are 13x7 et-7 mambas got them from an unfinished project but mini sport sell them

retrimmed the door cards in black suede

then made up a dash
nothing fancy but does the job bt:)

then been flat out getting her ready for paint but thats boring so have no pics (rrfl:
well back at this now after a bit of a break

well got a clutch so i can put the engine and box in for a last time

also ordered a rebuild kit for my turbo as shes alittle smokey

also got a doodoo load of degreaser and vht paint to make her look pretty
degreased and painted the engine and box today

clutch fitted and box and engine ready to go back in the car :happy)

and shes home

one rebuilt turbo

braced the mani hopefully wont crack now

well i wasnt happy running the td04 on an old unknown engine so took the rocker cover off and then this happened haha

bores are mint
so new hg and bolts and a skim and throw it back together
so easy to work on with the front off:D

well been pretty busy getting the new place set up but have her more or less wired up now fuel lines done shafts in boost pipes wrapped and load of other doodoo jobs

well been busy boring boring doodoo wiring, water pump tensioner, bonnet and boot pins braced the bonnet as it was very floppy (rrfl: made the mini barrel work with the toyota loom and loads of other doodoo :wallbash)
well thats all boring to look at so heres a pic of it looking tiny in the new shed (rrfl:
