October was such a long time ago....
So
Sills inner and outer
A panels, but only for minor repairs
Steps
Rear qtr arch to door repairs
Door frame repairs
(Bottom 2 inch of door skin needed also)
All ordered up and in the post. Welder lined up and reasonably reasonable.
Plan is to get the main panels welded in.
Get her back.
Sort the doors.
Sort the mechanicals...mostly just clean and paint. The subframes are spot on.
Pump the hydro, replace some rubber suspension parts
Get the flippin thing to run...we may need a clutch
Then it will be paint. Thats when money will get tight.
She is 50 next year. She deserves it
Easy.

Progress....
Subframes out and engine/box seperated. Subs in good nik bar the rear where its been dragged/towed....grrr. first attept will be to attempt to get that one square. Keep in mind this is a hydro car.
I will be stripping tbe subframes and refurbing where possible. In 2 minds about paint or powdercoating. An afternoon on the Frost site first i think.
New ball joints and track rods anyway. The worry is the hydrolastic displacers. There are jo leaks but until they come out i wont know what the unions look like. New dust covers already stocked.
.

Great to see some progress on the old Girl Brian, but shouldn't you be resting that ankle up?

Back on the road for IMM 2017? the tin worm has really taken hold but good to see you're tackling it before it is terminal.
