All four Minis where in and polished in the RDS before lunch today.I gave the van a good polish before I set off and luckily it did not rain before I got to Dublin.Had to change a starter last night though

Here is Clives 59 and Mikes 1071S in position.

We had to push the cars into place, glad it was Minis we were pushing. Some of the Jag lads were looking a bit red in the face with the heavier cars

IMOC commercial drivers section.

Here are the four cars together and not a wind up window in sight

Looks to be lots of interesting cars in the half that I saw and it was indoors so should be a good show.Mike Dennehy was unable to drive his Mini to the show as he was in hospital but I would like to wish Mike a speedy recovery and look forward to seeing him behind the wheel of his S soon.

At least I have a real Mini van.Putting a Mini badge on the front of a bmw does not make it anymore of a Mini than putting beef burger on the box when everyone knows it is a horse burger.

Went to show on Sat , very good with lots of Irish cars I hadn't seen at other shows before. Club stand looked well. I intended to help out on the stand but spent 5 hours just taking in the whole show, sorrry.

A huge thank you to all that helped out with the Show last weekend, it was a great 2 days for the Club and probably one of the busiest stands in the RDS, we had loads of members popping in for a chat and had great conversations with a lot of hopefully new members. We managed to hand out over 80 Membership Forms between the 2 days so it was a big sucess for us.
The Minis chosen did the Club proud and a big thanks to Aidan McGrath, Paul & James Kelly, Clive Moynan & Mike Dennehy for supplying them and helping out.
Thanks to all who helped out at the Club Stand also over the weekend, it was very much appreciated.
We'll definately be back next time bigger & better again!
