ragin this mornin the battery is flat so the mini wouldnt start
i will hopefully have the rust at the bottom of the door and boot floor fixed soon my mate comin out to give us a hand anyway

just sand them down prime them and paint ye?

Clean them down, remove all the tar, sand them down, MAKE SURE THERE DRY BEFORE YOU START SPRAYING ANYTHING, mask of the tyre, prime them, spray them, laquer them! Take your time and do light coats. I'm sure I can take a day to pop out and give you a hand if you need it

Unfortunately I'm not able to get insurance for the mini until at least October..as that was my only reasonable option due to the costs...one quite was for 9k!

hi,all today i got my mini a jump start of my bros car just so we could take it for a drive free everything up...went grand ran fine as it should

...but then a while later we just took it out again as it was souding weird it was splutterin misfirin and just generally runnin rough..is this down to the carb or what??
any help appreciated

Could have got dirt in the fuel during rebuild, did you fit a fuel filter, or just a loose connection on the ignition system ,did you change points?

eh no woody i havent done anythin to it by waynof changin anythin or that..as i say the car was runnin fine only around ten mins earlier and it was idlin fine then we tried to drive it again and it had no power and was just rough soundin splutterin and misfirin..unusable any way!
any ideas what this could be??
any help would be appreciated

just got chrome bullet mirrors from huddersfield mini spares today when i get back home next week i will get them on!
