Well a few more progress photos, finished the plumbing (water) and have fitted the rear brakes and plumbed them also (braided mmmm), now working on the electrics, wasn't happy with the first loom I made so I'm making another.

It took a while to track down the 45 deg fitting as they don't seem to be the norm over here, I actually got them off a crowd called Pulsar plumbing in Cork (http://www.pulsar.ie) - they packaged them all up and sent them to me at a reasonable rate. They are all presoldered joints which can be a pain in the butt as you have to do both sides of the joint in one hit, don't under estimate the time taken to do this either, i spent hours cutting and soldering the pipes to get them to look and fit right.

The fan actually came with the engine, it's only there to cool the oil cooler so does not need to be full sized.

pulsar are good for unusual bits and are owned by chadwicks and being a plumber i prefer the pre filled solder type

It a bleed valve, it's the highest point on the cooling system so it will more than likely trap air, got the key from a local plumbing shop.

A couple more photo's, have the front end near completion, tank and header/washer now in, battery box in, I've also been working on the dash again, I thought a glovebox of some sort was needed to store stuff as there is no other room for it, found a great little on out of a wreck, I'm using the front section and will make the rear up out of fibreglass.

Back from upholster's, just a few pic's of the job - its looks great, now I'm really on the home stretch, there's a couple of wrinkles in the head lining but they should settle over time, the guy had a real headache with it.
