Hi 1.3_LHD,

Not sure if you've arrived safely already, just thought I'd throw in my tuppence worth! Enjoy the motorways in England, they are fab, drove my 1.3i back and forth from Waterford to all over South England a fair few times via Rosslare - Pembroke, and the English part always seemed faster compared to the run from Rosslare!
And hope you're not late for the ferry, I was so late once all the other cars had gone on, and I had to race on board through those little lanes with all the guys on the ferry laughing at me, twas like the Italian Job

Hi Womble,

Thank you very much for asking, but I havent gone yet. I think I never said when the trip was, sorry :?

If everything goes as planed, I should be back from Spain by mid November, and dont worry, I will find the time to open a post (or continue with this one) and I will tell ye all about it.

I managed to get a GPS for the trip, that it should help specially in England. Although with all the advice and suggestions that I got from this forum I dont really need it and I should make it on time to the ferry :D

Cheers!

Hi all,

Just a quick e-mail to let you know I finally brought my baby home :D .

And I say finally because I had to change a few things before I started driving, otherwise I wouldnt have made it.

I will open a new post with pics and full story very soon.

Its good to be home...

Good to see you made it back safely, hope there weren't too many incidents along the way. :P
