IMOC AGM Sunday 3rd. April 2022

This year’s Annual General Meeting will be held at 1.00pm on Sunday 3rd April 2022 in The Maldron Hotel Portlaoise
All fully paid up members of the club are invited to attend and have the right to vote on matters of I.M.O.C. business.

Motions or proposals for the A.G.M., including the Names and Membership numbers of both the Proposer and Seconder must be submitted to the club secretary in writing on or before Monday 28th March. Both the Proposer and the Seconder must attend the A.G.M. in person.

Sunday lunch is served in the hotel. We ask that anyone dining beforehand give themselves plenty of time for the journey and to dine, as it will be a punctual 1pm start to facilitate those who have long journeys home.

A full and punctual attendance would be greatly appreciated.
