Thanks, excuse the ignorance. Getting impatient, can't wait to take it for a spin.

Update.
Just wanted to say thanks again for the help and advice. Been great going for a blast in the mini, anything that puts a smile on your face these days is a bonus.

Back again for some advice Guys. Started car for first time in few months today. Car spluttering and backfiring. Tried adjusting fuel, didn't solve issue. Checked plugs and 1/2 were wet and black, and 3/4 were sooty. This was after only about ten minutes warm up, and a quick(and chugging) drive round the house.
Thanks.
Thanks.

You probably really need to get it up to running temperature and see how it is then. Grand day for it. Won't be long getting it warmed up today.
Re: Problems Starting mk3
Thanks Billy, how long would I need to let it warm up?

Till the temp gauge is showing halfway. Get it out on an open road and have fun.
