Back from Greece on the 24th so tempeture differential will dictate weather to camp or not. If its gloriously sunny we'll be there.

Merlin, bringing a Mini isn't mandatory. There's been a Renault Scenic on the scene for the past few years and no one has said anything to the owner, at least not to his face! Others have done the decent thing and brought more than one Mini.

Just heard from Finland that its been something like +28c for weeks now. But on the night between tuesday-wednesday it had "rained" ice particles sizing from 2cm to 5cm in diameter!! You wouldnt want to leave your old banger outside.. :D This would be some kind of a freak weather dont you think?

Billy, can you clarify which campsite we will be using. By the way , I missed this one earlier ,

The Scenic will probably be there again this year, only 'cos the 7 will be in for repair.

Just to clarify, the campsite we are going to is Ballinacourty as per the original post. I was there today and met owners Orla and John and they know we're coming. They're putting together a suggested dinner option for us to consider for the Saturday night.

There is another campsite up the road from Ballinacourty but there isn't a playground for the sprogs there and if the nippers aren't happy then the women aren't happy, and if the women aren't happy.............

It's usually an informal weekend. If people are up to it, I will bring ye on a run around the Glen, South Tipp, and west Waterford on Saturday afternoon. We can make a decision on Friday evening but apart from that, it's a very relaxed weekend.

Anyone arriving before 7pm on Friday?
