This years Camping Weekend will be held on the 12th, 13th & 14th August 2016, in the Piltown GAA Grounds, Piltown, Co. Kilkenny and incorporates our National Mini Day on Sunday 14th August. Entry forms will be sent out in the next few day, it also can be downloaded from the website.

With regard to the Paypal. Anyone paying by Paypal, if you could please forward your entry form to myself by email or post it to the address on the entry form, which ever suits you. Once I receive your entry, I will forward the details for the Paypal Account.

I am delighted to confirm that Mike Price will be attending the Camping Weekend again this year. So if you are looking for parts please get in contact with him.

Mike Price trades as MiniWorld and can be contacted at 0044-1902 630467 and by e-mail at miniworld@talk21.com. He's also on facebook as Michael Price. It may be cheaper to order parts from Mike and have him bring them to the camping than pay a courier.

Closing Date has been extended until Friday 5th August 2016. Any entry received after that we can not guarantee a finishers award. So keep those entries coming in.

I posted this for the MTM but the same applies for the Camping Weekend.

If you intend to pay your Camping Weekend entry by Paypal, please send in your entry form FIRST by either e-mail or post (NO EXCEPTIONS). We will then issue an invoice to you which you can then pay. Once we have both your entry form and payment, we will issue a receipt.

So far, a couple of payments have been made to a personal account and another to a completely incorrect one. We're delighted you're keen to sort your Camping Weekend entry but some e-mail addresses on their own give no clue to the identity of the sender. If invoices are issued for all Paypal entries, we will have all the info we need.
