To the best of my knowlodge all bottom suspension arms on drums and discs are the same . One thing that will through out camber is lowering the car, have you lowerd the car? I have adjustable arms on one of my cars and I know they don't go to 0 deg., why fit adjustable arms if you want 0 deg.
