Iv been enjoying taking the mini out for drives but I wanted to do the engine bay as it's not in a good state and also up grade a few bits like the brakes ect.

Bought some new parts

Shuts or stone chip same thing really any good motor factors will have it.
I have used two types both are used with a stone chip spray gun which attaches to an air compresser. But the yellow can one comes in a spray can aswell ands it's just as good iv used it on my back sub frame and I have no problems. Hope this helps u.

May I make a suggestion here since ya have the engine out change the core plugs if they are old. They are dirt cheap smarten up the engine too and whelk you know they are new and won't pop at an inconvenient time.
