Body Shell Mk3/4 Very well prepared SOLD

Post by Merlin »

Hi Folks I have a Mk 3/4 Body shell for Sale.

I Bought this shell of Neil Kavanagh 4 years ago after it was in a minor shunt in the Park. I subsequently under took a major over hall and rebuild of this shell.

all the damage was straightened out and repaired. I then completely prepared the shell.

Here is a list of modifications it has:

- Tubed arches ( the car can be run super low with out the wheels rubbing at the back)
- alloy flat boot floor fitted
- Strengthing gussets welded in on all for corners of rear floor
- Rear bins removed
- Front ended cut down and strengthened
- Bulkhead box fitted for weber
- floor modified to fit wider seat
- super strong and better angled steering mount
(there is tones more little shuttle modifications which would really need to be seen to understand)

The shell is fitted with a Roll Centre 6 point cage which has had 4 additional strengthening points added

the shell also comes with a front sub frame Mk 5 with more room for a front mounted rad

it comes with a Curley fibber glass front end but NO bonnet

it also comes with a AP race master cylinder and standard Clutch master cylinder

It is a completely sorted shell it would make and ideal project base for a fast road track day car. Or would be perfect for some one looking to get into racing/ Rallying.

I will put it up as is for 1200 euros for every thing.

If there is enough interest I will split it and sell the shell, role cage and ancillaries

THANKS FOR THE HELP ALL

I've seen this shell in person!!!! Very nice, very clean, cheap considering the work that's been done
If it's bigger than a mini it's not a mini
