Hello All,
Yes I'm new. I just bought a new Mini One 2002 1.6 Petrol for my Wife. HAHA, she doesn't have a license. It's for me.
Anyway, short of buying all the bits and pieces the car needs to make it acceptable I'm stuck on one bit:
The rear Mini Badge on the boot is completely worn bare so I'll change it. Is it a 3M stick on or one with pins? Ebay etc is of no help as it shows me both. Which is it, short of removing it without having a replacement?
Thanks in advance.
I'll have more questions I presume as time goes on like what's this and where to get that? Where's the right forum to ask "Where can I find" questions.

Re: Rear R50 Mini Badge
Welcome to the forum Bertie, personally as a fellow MINI owner I would never go thataway .
The easiest way to find out which badge you have is to prise out the bottom of it a little and push in a thin slip of plastic, you will then feel either soft sponge or solid pins.

Re: Rear R50 Mini Badge
Thanks Woody. Good thinking. My brain is geared towards extremes and as I couldn't find the answer recently I managed to buy an original new badge for a good price with pins after being advised that worst case I can just shave off the pins if they're not needed.
Thanks though.
