Modified Classic mini fully rebuild no expense spared.
-Engine fully rebuild with following spec:
-MPI Block bored and honed, decked and drilled and tapped for 11 studs.
-Oil lines cleaned and tapped
-Balanced crank
-lightened and balanced flywheel & main pulley
-1342cc using 72.5mm Russell Eng forged pistons
-10.75:1 CR
-weight balanced con-rods
-Ken Elder 7 port head and dcoe intake manifold
-RE13P cam shaft (272 degrees)
-Jenvey 40 DCOE throttle bodies with new fuel injectors and trumpets
-Canems Mapable ECU
-Jenvey Airfilter
-New Starter motor
-new alternator
-Aluminium Radiator
-new heavy-duty AP clutch
-Rebuild gearbox with 3.2 diff
-straight drop gears
-Maniflow RCM exhaust system including LCB
flat torque line from
Shell was fully stripped all rust removed and replaced with new panels.
-Rear roll cage plates have been welded into place but are not drilled.
-all outside seams are tig welded (no water can get in there now)
-doors converted to sliding windows, outer door skin in aluminium for lightness. crash bar in door left in place
-Epoxy primer used for whole shell before painted in 2pack red and black roof.
-Subframes were blasted and painted in epoxy paint.
-whole underside of car was also painted with a thick layer of stone chip and then 2 pack black.
-Fiberglass bonnet with special hinges to keep bonnet all the way up when opened.
-Fiberglass wheel arches painted in 2 pack black.
-Poly bushes all round.
-New KYB Gas shocks allround,
-Adjusta ride height adjustable suspension.
-New rubber cones.
-heavy duty botton tie rods and adjustable botton arms
-refurbed trailing arms in rear, adjustable rear bracket available with car but not fitted.
-new brake lines all round and new braided hoses all round.
-4 pot callipers with 7.5 disks in front new AP brakes in rear
-10*6 Revolution wheels on 165 yoko A008 tyres
Wiring loom from mpi mini and professionally adapted for canems fuel injection.
MPI Interior including wooden dash.
This starts hot or cold no problem.
Passes NCT no problem, has current nct till september.
I have test sheets from previous NCT's to proof.
Original miles are 68251
Miles since engine rebuild are 1600
oil & filter change carried out at 100miles and again at 500 miles.
