2500€ on paint!!!! That's a lot!!! Welding!!! There will be a lot!!!! 800€ for sandblasting whole shell sounds ok!!! But all out very expensive!!! Don't forget! U get it sandblasted! Then it needs panels!!! Which are a lot of €€€ trust me i no! I'm building my 2nd vtec clubby!!! I cud get a car sprayed for 1/2 that price!!! Welding!!! Cheaper also!!!
If it's bigger than a mini it's not a mini

After the car is soda blasted all nessisary welding should be visable and you should be able to get an accurate quote. The paint price is near the top end of the scale but if your getting an excellent job done its cheeper than getting a poor job done twice. You can only judge a painter by looking at cars he has done about 5 years ago. Any freshly painted car will look good, look for rust on an older job.

The shell actually looks quite good for a '91, was it worked on before? If the car is original I would only get the areas that are showing rust blasted which may reduce the price.
