Owners club card left on my windscreen Athlone I.T.

Someone left a "we spotted your mini" card on my windscreen a couple of days ago, I think it was when I was parked in Athlone I.T. but it could've been anywhere around Athlone, I only noticed the card when I turned on my wipers so it could've been put there any time this week really. It's a 94 reg, nightfire red in colour. Anyone know who it might have been? I've seen a black mini around town a few times so I'm thinking it might be the owner of that one.
