IMM 2017? Are you interested in helping???????

Hi Guys

I hope you are all well. Over the last number of years we as a club have had a fantastic reception to the idea of Ireland hosting the International Mini Meeting (IMM), in 2017? This is an undertaking that will require a huge amount of support from all club members and more.

As the Bid for this event will be taking place in Lithuania next years, we have decided that it is time to put together the Management committee that will represent our bid in Lithuania and if successful, will manage the event in 2017?. As our club has over 180 members nationwide, it is nearly impossible to know everyone.

What I am proposing, is that anyone who is interested in putting there name forward to get involved in helping with this Management committee please PM your name and your strengths and experience, and how they would be of benefit to the event. People Must realize that this WILL NOT be ran as an IMOC event, so the people that will be nominated by the club members will be the people best suited for the good and success of the event.

I think we need to get in touch with a pro event planner who has delt with this volume of people before.



But if the event goes to plan i will take on the running of the rocker cover racing
