Exhaust pipe to manifold

Any advice on getting a good seal between the exhaust downpipe and standard exhaust manifold on a standard 998?

Thoroughly clean joint, dumdum paste and a new clamp was the preferred method back in the day.

Don't forget to put a jack under the exhaust to push it right up onto the manifold.
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

As above but put the gearbox bracket on lose before you jack it to keep it straight
