1980 Mini 1000

Here is my 1980 Mini 1000. It has just had some work done on the brakes, rear brake pipes replaced and brakes adjusted properly, now pulling up nice and straight. It is due an NCT soon and could do with a wash and polish. Owned and driven by various family members since 1989.

For various reasons not a lot has happened in the meantime, so I have borrowed it to do a few jobs and get it NCT'd.
I gave it a wash the other evening, a polish will be next.
The exhaust is leaking at the manifold so will need to sort that out too.

I am also thinking of putting the mambas back on. They could do with a clean up and repaint, probably in black and will need a set of arches
