I think you may find your tyres hitting the arches at the rear at that height.

Re: New member from Dublin *mini found*
Been a while since I've updated this, not sure wether to start a build thread or just continue this thread, for now I'll keep it here.
I decided a while back to go the whole hog and get the whole car done, it's with a guy at the minute having new floor panels, inner and outer sills both sides, two doors, new driver's side A panel and a full respray inside and out, only place not getting painted is the engine bay.
I've been busy the last while getting parts together for it, here's what I've got so far
Full roll cage
Sportspack arches
12" steelies banded to 7" wide
New lights/indicators
New windows
Polycarbonate door windows with square sliders
All new trim door handles etc
There are some more bits and pieces I can't think of at the minute, I'm getting the underneath schultzed aswell.
Here it is today

Re: New member from Dublin *mini found*
Jesus I haven't updated this is ages! Progress has been pretty slow, I've just been gathering bits n pieces for it the last 6 months
This is how it Sat about a month ago, it has since gone for paint and should be back in the next few weeks
It got new front floor panels both sides, new inner and outer sills both sides, and a new wing / A panel
Here's some of the bits I have, I have a 6 point roll cage that I'm getting flocked aswell
Centre locks with new water temp and oil pressure gauge
Spax lowered shocks, damper adjustable
Polycarbonate windows
Single seater mirrors
Three point harnesses
3/4" spacers with extended studs
Braided oil pressure feed
New wheel nuts
Coolant temperature sensor
And the boring stuff that I've no pictures of
New rear lights
New door handles/boot handle
All new window rubbers
New windscreen
New indicators/headlamp rings
New door seals
