Hi there, just refilled my cooling system and it seems to be only taking around 2 litres. It's a 1990 998 so the capacity should be 3.5 litres according to Haynes. Thought it was airlocked so I drained it and refilled it very slowly but it still only took 2 litres. Could there be enough residual coolant left in the system ie heater, block, etc to make up to 3.5 liters?
Any help greatly appreciated
Richy

Flushing the whole system is a worthwhile procedure every now and again.
