Bought a set of 2nd hand Wipac Spots (H3 bulbs).

What is the best way to wire them?

You'll need a relay, inline fuse and opitional switch. You can have the spots always come on with the main beam or have a switch which will control if they come on or not but they must only come on with the main beam for the NCT.
Connect one side of your fuse to the Brown wires at the fuseboard and the other side to the relay ( 30) .
Connect relay output (87) to your spots
Connect relay coil (85) to earth
Connect relay coil (86) to Blue/White feed to main beams either directlly or via switch.
