Iv been trying to take my rear sub out of my donor mini but iv snapped one bolt on each side where its bolted to the
heel board. If i shear or cut the remaining two ,Will the sub frame pull free backwards away to me ? Or are the bolts
threaded through sub frame mounts?
Not sure if i explained that the best now. It makes sense to me though.
Any advice appreciated.

No there threaded in the body not the subframe youll have to lower the back then it should pull back. Hope that helps
Re: Sheared sub frame bolts.
If it is just the head of the bolt that sheered off then it is seized in in the subframe mount

Re: Sheared sub frame bolts.
Yea the head of the bolts sheared off the mounting at the heel board. I have the 4 rear bolts undone so am i correct in saying that if i cut the heads off the remaining bolts i can lever down and out the sub frame, leaving the 4 threaded bolts attached to the heel board? Sorry for the confusion!
