no i bought if off a fella called mark in shankil in dublin, but i think a peter could have owned it before him, ill know more when i get the book for it

ya i got the text last night, i have an audit at work on thur morning so im afraid this wed could be a busy night only for that id go for sure, i saw the advert for athenry on paddys day will try my best to get over to it, will let ye know in advance anyway

i bought this on 1st march the book still hasnt arrived for it, does this seem strange or is it the norm.

if it is a little strange can someone advise me as to what i should do please.

i just wanna tax it, as it draws attention in towns only a matter of time before they give me a ticket that i could do without!

think it can take 3-4 weeks b4 u can get books on ur name normally (?) if u get stopped by gardai just explain u cant tax the car cuz its not on ur name yet n ur waitin 4 da books. once uv got insurance u shud be fine i reckon....
they let me away wit b4 anyway :lol:

What Minis have you?: Mk1 Austin Mini,Mk3 Layland Mini,72Van,81 Clubman Estate, 87 Race carand a 2000 Rover Cooper.
Modifications: Mk1: 998 with flat top slipper pistons, 286 cam, 12G940 head 11:1 compression twin inch and a half SU's 5 speed gearbox. Mk3 998 automatic no mods, 72Van is a pile of rust, , Racer is being built but has the works and the 2000 rover cooper needs an engine again :(

Yup very normal i only got bennes tax book back on friday. was stoped in finglas last night and i told the gard the story and he waved me on.
