Irish Mini Owners Club AGM 2013 Sunday 17th. February

This years Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00pm on Sunday 17th of February in The Tullamore Court Hotel,Tullamore,Co.Offaly.

All fully paid up members of the Club are invited to attend and have the right to vote on matters of I.M.O.C. business.
Motions or proposals for the A.G.M. including Names and Membership numbers must be submitted to the Club Secretary in writing on or before Monday the 28th. January..
Both Proposer and Seconder must attend the A.G.M. in person.

Membership Renewal applications and fees can be submitted to the Club Secretary at the door prior to the A.G.M. or posted to the above address.

Sunday lunch is served in the Windmill restaurant and there is also a bar food menu available in the bar. We ask that anyone dining beforehand give themselves plenty of time for the journey and to dine, as it will be a punctual 2pm start to facilitate those who have long journeys home.
A reminder of the AGM will be posted to all 2012 members along with membership renewal forms next week.

A full and punctual attendence would be greatly apprreciated.
