Where can I get templates for cutting arches to fit my 13's

If you look on http://www.minispares.com/Article.aspx?aid=368 ,there is an article about fitting bigger wheels & there's info in that, near the bottom of the article, about cutting the arches .There isn't a template but they give you all the info you need to make your own. Hope this helps.
