hi to all my problem is i have a small amount of water under my carpet at the foot pedals.looking for some to fix this for me .im living in palmerstown.its not comming in from the floorjust to let u know . so if someone can look at this i would appreciate it as its pissing me off , thanks

Could it be coming in from the door? I looked @ one w/similar trouble & it looked like the door seals were not sealing

Im open to correction on this but could it be a leaky heater rad ? :?
If duct tape cant fix it theres no hope

I might well be :? they do go , I have seen it ,I would say that or the door seal are the main suspects.
ALL YOU NEED IS POWER AND LOADS OF IT!!!

could also be coming in through the windscreen seal or from a hole under the wing?
lots of places it could be coming from,
best thing to do is to get a mate to run a hose over the car with you inside and try to see if any water is coming in, if not then it is being forced in (ie when you're driving) or the heater is leaking

A leaking heater core should be fairly obvious. Your windscreen will also steam up something terrible!
I'd look at the windscreen rubber. Sometimes rust can be hidden under the seal, allowing water ingress.

Also try and have a look at the air vent entry hole beside the clock pod as it is a notorious rust spot on Minis and this will allow water in also the plastic sheeting between the door card and door may be split.
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.

have a look at the main rad and the coolant level if its ok its not the heater so the best thing is to pull back the carpet and put a hose on it starting at the bottom work your way up good luck might take sometime

I had same problem, coming down along break pedal when it rained it got a car wash. Rubber were busted out the front of the bonnet, replaced and seems to be better
