throw out or not

Post by joeyfinneran »

wondering weather to through out these old discs
will i ever use them ? or need to use them when there is much better vented grooved ect ones out there plus my 2 cars are on 7.5 inch discs

was thinking of taking of the drive flanges and through out the discs

i know people say "never through out anything mini as there not made anymore" but with discs theres better ones out there as said above.

picture, there all of similar wear (have about 5 or 6)

Keep the flanges and the discs are good anodes for electrolytic derusting. If you don't want them myself or TMG will take them.
The wear pattern on that disc would sujest the wrong pad being used as it doesn't wear out to the edge.

If there was plenty of thickness is the discs you can skim them on a lathe but it would cost the price of a new part but like all Mini parts the price is only going one way.
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.
