Fuel Problem

Hey guys,

My 98 paul smith isn't sending any fuel to the engine. I have removed the tank and all parts, checked the pump, cleaned the filter and it all seems to be working fine. Today I replaced the relay for the fuel pump and still no joy. All other fuses and bits and bobs seem to be working fine... I just can't figure out what I'm missing or where I'm going wrong.

I'd really appreciate any help I can get.

The fuel cut-off switch on the bulkhead?
