camshaft identification
Morning all.
I've a camshaft at home i was hoping someone may be able to help me identify
it's cam out of a metro 998 engine i was told had a high lift cam in.
there are no ridges on the cam to identify it, there is a number stamped into the camshaft AEA 640
the other unusual part of the cam is it has 2 drives for the distributor, one at either end.
any help appreciated.
i'll try get a pic later

Re: camshaft identification
Are you right on the numbers, could it be a 649?

Re: camshaft identification
It's a 9 alright, a zero would be bigger and more oval top to bottom as in o & 0
