Sorry for the late reply but just to confirm that MR is now gone. To give a brief explanation, a few events transpired to come to this:

1. I left the country so no longer had the time or interest. This was easily solved as Macker graciously took over the site.

2. The hosting company hiked up their prices to frankly ridiculous levels, I think my last bill was over 150e for very little traffic, nothing at all near the levels that I used to pay half that for.

3. The domain name was in the control of a reseller for a major domain company and the reseller has now gone off the radar and the major reseller won't accept that this has happened. Effectively this renders me unable to control the domain and thus I can't transfer away from the expensive hosts.

So, sorry to everyone who used to frequent the site but it just wasn't feasible to continue. I still have most of the raw content, as well as backups so I'll try and put up an archive site in the future.

It was a good 9 years and I want to thank everyone I met during that time and everyone who contributed to making MR what it was.
