Today i noticed that my passenger headlight is not working
Dimps and parking lights both work is this just the blub thats wrong ?
Does the blub have two elements or somthing ?

Yes the bulb has two filaments one for dip one for high beam, quite common for the high beam to go, there are 2 types of bulb fitted to minis, one is a complete sealed unit (i.e. the whole glass unit) or and H4 bulb.

Oh good thank god thats not too bad
The little bulb under the main bulb dont work eather would that be the same ? Just te bulb gone?

I had the same problem a few weeks ago but it turned out to be a loose connection in the loom where the LH lights are connected to the RH ones. The connector is located running under the bonnet shut panel.
