clutch problem

was finding it hard to get the car into gear and when i was heading down from cork to tralee .i thick the clutch pin went .as when you put it into gear all that happing is the the wheels just spins .any one can get wot part of the clutch i have to get .regards

what year is the mini? Is it verto or pre verto. If your clutch clevis pin or bolt that holds the slave to the flywheel snapped you wouldnt be able to get gears unless you crash them in. You may just need to bleed the clutch and adjust the throw out on the plunger.

Exactly what spins ?

I thought the whole point of a gear box was to make the wheels spin!!!
