Love the engine steady. Notice the oil feed pipe to the filter housing has a different end, like the SPi.

Had the pleasure of seeing and working on this car yesterday.Seeing it in the flesh you get to see all the little differences in the aussi minis.One thing that puzzled us was the presence of a reversing switch with Mk2 rear lights. Turns out the rear indicators are twin element like the stop/tail lamp and selecting reverse brings on the both rear indicators constant. This system was unique to aus and new Zealand in the early seventies.
