radius arm kit
got kit for radius arm, anybody have any experience in removing the old and fitting the new. looking for tips

The hardest part is reaming the new bushing. Ray Cunningham (Galway Mini Centre) would be one of the the nearest to you. He would have a reamer and will probably do the job while you wait.....give him a ring first, google "galway mini centre".
Another option is to put roller bearings into both sides of the radius arm. This will obviously save you the hassle of getting the bushings reamed but the job probably (or possibly) may not last as long.
The idea with the reamed brass bushing is that the radius arm castings may not be perfectly square and the holes at either end might not be perfectly in line. The bushing is reamed through the roller bearing side to ensure that the shaft is in line across the radius arm.

Joe Whyte has a reamer as well Dean.If you can get it off Ian Graham will do an exchange and he is at the autojumble on Sunday.
Real Clubmans have a square nose.Seriously.
