Old Donegal Motor club information needed.

Dont know if this is of interest to anyone but i,ve been given this old newspaper cutting by my dad from quite a while ago. He is trying to find out if anyone would recognise any of those in the picture or can narrow it down to a year. We think that it is from around 1970ish as its the group who originally founded the Donegal Motor Club.
The Mini is owned and driven by Donegal garage owner Robert ward and was co driven by Phonsie McElwee. I know that Derek McMahon and a young Jim Callaghan are also in the picture. A bit of nostalgia for someone on here??
Any help would be appreciated.
