wiring help needed!

Post by seanos »

My mini is all set and ready to go, but my wiring is a mess!!
All the wires at the front of the engine need to be re-connected and a few bits replaced (I have all the wiring and bits to do it, no knowledge though)

I've called a few auto electricians but none will go near it because its an old mini...?

Is there anyone who would be able to sort it out for me, I will pay for someone to come sort it...

Thanks Lads!

Is the car standard or have you changed engine ,ignition system, air horns or spots . post up some pics of the engine bay and loom and I might be able to help.

i was looking around for a while and i was told to buy a new front wiring harness because i have about 50 wires in the engine bay of my mini where some one had spot lamps on it and were removed. I still havent sorted it out.

there is a set of spots on it, it, has its own loom that just has to be earthed and tapped into a live. Other than that its bog standard 998cc mk3. I'll get a picture of the car later on for ya! :)
