Tommy Commane 1 RIP
The club would like to extend its sympathies to the Commane family on the death of the most senior Tommy, known to us all as Tommy 1, father to Tommy PC, and grandfather to Tommy 3, the MTM organiser.
Tommy 1 would have been known to active SR members as the Santa lookalike who drove the Jiffy. It wasn't uncommon in the Southern Region to find 4 generations of the Commane family at the one event.
Funeral arrangements:
Reposing at The Gleasure Funeral Home from 4.30pm to 6.30pm on Thursday with removal on Thursday at 6.30pm to St. Brendan's Church, Tralee. Requiem Mass on Friday at 11am, with burial afterwards in Ardfert Churchyard Cemetery.

Re: Tommy Commane 1 RIP
On behalf of myself & the family I would just like to say thank you for the messages and texts received in the days following my granfather's passing.
As we stood outside the church on the thursday evening Billy counted 10 club members in attendance, some who had travelled a considerable distance, again much appreciated.
He would have been delighted with the 3 generation of minis which lead the hearse to the church that evening.
Thank You
Tommy Commane
