Cheers man!! But what I meant was could friends of mine (who arent part of the IMOC but love minis =)) go down in their own cars and ill drive my clubman!?? Does it just mean that they do everything a mini driver would (fill in form and pay) but then just park the car outside of the show area?? Oh and is it charged per car or person??
It has been decided at at tonights meeting, that everyone attending the camping will have to prebook regardless of whether or not they come in a mini, so as we have an idea of numbers for food on saturday night. However, anyone that arrives in a non mini, will still pay the same amount, 25euro plus the non members fee of 5 euro, if a non memebr, plus 10 euro per passenger, which will also have to be prebooked. These people
will not be allowed to have the non mini car in the camp site area at anytime throughout the weekend, only to unload and load there camping gear. The IMOC or boyle scouts will not be responsible for any property outside Lough Keel camp site!!
Please note these non mini cars will be left roadside as there is no safe car park for half a mile
Reasons being, as much as we d love to have everyone, space is very limited, and this weekend is designed to bring the mini, their owners and families together.
