yet another problem.....my horn and dip light does not...i ve checked the fuses and its working fine,.....i have noticed once or twice thathorn/diplight arm has smoked once or twice before..could i have blown the circuit...i cant beep at those naughty drivers and its annoying the hell out of my... any iders anybody

What Minis have you?: Mk1 Austin Mini,Mk3 Layland Mini,72Van,81 Clubman Estate, 87 Race carand a 2000 Rover Cooper.
Modifications: Mk1: 998 with flat top slipper pistons, 286 cam, 12G940 head 11:1 compression twin inch and a half SU's 5 speed gearbox. Mk3 998 automatic no mods, 72Van is a pile of rust, , Racer is being built but has the works and the 2000 rover cooper needs an engine again :(

high brian. Your most probly right, your switch unit has burned out look enuf it is real easy to replace just order one from mini spare's. Remove the steering wheel. Then with your new switch gear beside the old one chande the plugs from one to the other, screw it back down steerining wheel back on and your in buiness.

Have you fitted air horns or spots without a relay??

.jes woody the exact same ting was going trough my mind haa they say great minds tink alike. Humm does that mean your mind is great and i tink i like its. (dam im confused) :D.
