HELP NEEDED

Post by craig_farrell »

hello i need some help.
i need to find a picture of a under view of a 1968 mini or similar or even better a view of the rear subframe to see where the brake pipes should be as i have no brakes and the problem is the rear drivers brake i dont know exactly what is wrong but there was a lump of fibreglass wrapped around the pipe where it is leaking.
any help would be appreciated,
thank you.

Change the leaky brake pipe for a start. Someone tried to repair the leak with fibreglass I'd say :? .

If you cant get a picture from someone, try a Haynes manual. Might be helpful.

Is it leaking fluid from the Brake cylinder ?
And I said, Officer, I didn't want to be drunk in public...I wanna be drunk in the bar. Now last time I checked it was still legal to be drunk in the bar. They threw me into public...arrest them!

Is it the copper brake pipe or the rubber hose that is leaking ?
