price of parts
been chasing up a set of points and a condenser today. went into the motor factors and got them ordered in, went in a little while later and ye man told me they were gonna cost 35 euro!! i'm guessing he was chancing his arm, told him i could get em for a few pound each up north and he told me they were comming from enniskillen anyway and that i wouldnt get them any cheaper! needless to say i told him where to go with his 35 euro set of points!!
is anyone else getting this "great value"!!

Re: price of parts
I've given up buying anything here as the costs are just crazy, I get all my parts/etc from the UK at half the price even with the shipping added in, only problem is having to wait for stuff but if your not in a hurry there's no issue.

Re: price of parts
i think this lad was trying to get a little extra! i rang up a couple of other places and the most expensive i found was €15, there must be a shortage of condensers about though, i'l have 1 by saturday so it's all good

Re: price of parts
I was quoted 85 euro for a wheel bearing in limerick........and the owner of the motor factors was even surprised at the price of them. Not sure who is scamming who.....the suppliers or the motor factors.
And I said, Officer, I didn't want to be drunk in public...I wanna be drunk in the bar. Now last time I checked it was still legal to be drunk in the bar. They threw me into public...arrest them!
